The Kebbie is a crook-topped diminutive stang of blackthorn holding a hagstone between its tines, sinew knotted along its length to strap on rat pelvic bone, snake vertebra, bells, feathers, and pieces of Satyrion and European Mandrake roots.

At its base is a leather bundle filled with herbs known to attract goblins, Goblin Oil, dirt from a crossroads and place that is well-known for the appearance of fairy-lights and Will-o-the-Wisps, all topped with feathers. Every time the stick is tapped it sounds out to them, summoning them to the side of whomever holds it.

This tool is good either for a practitioner to use to call Goblins, or to be put into the hands of a representation of a Master Goblin doll that is employed to corral others of his kind.

The Kebbie is twelve inches long, and will come with a bottle of Goblin Oil for anointing the hagstone and general Goblin work, and detailed instructions on a cloth scroll for the use of the Kebbie.
