Housing a potent spirit both young and ancient, child and not, fairy and yet not quite, The Whispering Horn is a charm primarily of interest for diviners, and those spiders to whom knowledge of the dealings of others is both commerce and recreation.
He is both laughing babe, and ancient in days - a trickster, communicator, revealer and reveler, spy on both sides and turning tongue. His primary aim is to see and then speak - in such service, he is an excellent source for finding out people’s actions from afar, whether with good intentions or for matters more nefarious. He can, to a degree, get into people’s heads and determine the rough movements of thoughts, as well as more physical or spoken action.
His internal charge cannot be elaborated upon - though is of the ritual and ingredient quality and care consistent with Wolf & Goat pieces. This bundle sits within a nest of ceiba fiber in a hand-stitched leather bundle dressed with burlap and beads. Atop this, rising from a jumble of bird nest, is an antique doll figure, crowned with a turtle pelvis and snake shed, girded with cord and mango wood beads, and equipped with a phallus shaped from a mandrake basal crown.
The Whispering Horn stands seven and a quarter inches tall, and comes with a full instructional scroll details the methods of working with him.
